A valid credit card is required to reserve any appointment. Please reschedule or cancel appointments 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
No- Shows will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late reschedules or cancellations within the 24 hour window, prior to appointment time, will result in an automatic charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the schedule service, and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
